1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the jlino1 website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "You", or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"). 2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not access or use the jlino1 Platform if you are located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or prohibited. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username, password, and any other login credentials. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, account restrictions, or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jlino1 account must be made using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major banks), GrabPay, and other payment providers as displayed on the Platform. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your jlino1 account balance subject to the following conditions:

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, server error, or software bug, all affected bets and game results will be void and refunded to player accounts. jlino1 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the round will continue according to the last action taken before disconnection, and results will be recorded in your game history.
